  Medical Review Specialist / RN
Hours Full-time
Education Registered nurse with active license in State of Residence.
Experience 5 years
Description The Medical Review Specialist is a Registered Nurse who conducts the Utilization Review process by obtaining medical information and confirming the medical necessity of hospital admissions and/or outpatient procedures. The Medical Review Specialist will perform her/his duties in accordance with MedWatch procedures outlined below, MedWatch review standards, URAC standards and state certification requirements and federal guidelines.

• Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
• R.N. degree, B.S. preferred
• Minimum 5 years varied clinical nursing experience


  Case Manager / RN
Hours Full-time
Education Registered nurse with active license in State of Residence.
Experience 7 years
Description Provide telephonic assessment of members’ pre-identified medical and/or behavioral health, or chronic illness state and determine the health care and educational needs related to their chronic illness, with the goal of achieving optimal clinical and resource outcomes.

• Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
• Minimum of 5 years clinical care experience in varied health care settings


  Medical Review Coordinator / LPN
Hours Full-time
Education Licensed Practical Nurse with active license in State of Residence
Experience 3 years
Description Scope: The Medical Review Coordinator will perform duties in accordance with MedWatch procedures, MedWatch review standards, URAC standards and state certification requirements.

• 2-year degree, L.P.N.
• Experience: 3 years clinical nursing experience
• Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus


  Concierge Customer Service Representative
Hours Full-time
Education High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Experience 1 year
Description Scope: This is a critical position requiring excellent customer interaction skills. Individual is expected to accurately service and satisfy customers/members by responding to customer telephone and email inquiries within defined service standards. Concierge Customer Service Representative must be equipped with a strong skill set to handle the complexity of the job and assist customers/members with benefits and healthcare questions.

• Associates Degree or higher preferred but not required, or equivalent experience related to network development
• Customer Service / Call Center experience
• Strong computer skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
• TPA experience a plus
